The Seasonal Tax Preparer supports the tax team during peak filing periods by preparing accurate and timely tax returns for individuals and businesses. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple deadlines. Key responsibilities include:
Prepare individual, business, and other types of tax returns, including federal, state, and local filings for multiple types of clients.
Organize and review client-provided tax documents for completeness and accuracy
Input and reconcile financial data into tax preparation software
Maintain fixed asset registers
Prepare property tax returns
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of tax information, including client records, correspondence, and work papers. Ensure compliance with record keeping requirements and firm policies.
Key Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
2-5+ years of tax preparation experience
Availability to work from January through April for each tax season
Experience with income tax preparation
Proficiency in tax preparation software, such as CCH Axcess

The Staff Accountant supports the firm’s client service team by executing core day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the broader financial reporting process, including:
Download and record all bank and credit card transactions
Manage the accounts payable process, including weekly data entry, payment processing, and cash requirements reporting
Record and apply customer deposits and payments
Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules and workpapers
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field
1–3 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel

The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective review of accounting operations. Acting as a bridge between staff and management, this position’s responsibilities include:
Reviews transactional work, month-end reconciliations, journal entries and general ledger activity
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
Support tax preparation and coordinate with tax teams as needed
Mentor and review work of staff accountants
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–6+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills
CPA license or active pursuit strongly preferred

The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, supporting tax planning initiatives, and delivering high-quality service to clients. Key responsibilities include:

Assist with tax planning and identify opportunities for tax savings

The Manager of both Client Services & Tax Services plays a critical leadership role within the firm, overseeing client engagements, managing team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting, tax and advisory services. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership, and responsibilities include:
Tax Services
Manage tax compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
Prepare and Review tax returns and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
Manage tax deadlines, extensions, and client communications
Client Services
Review and manage month-end and year-end close processes across multiple clients
Deliver financial reporting, KPIs, and actionable insights to clients
Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Advise clients on accounting best practices and operational efficiencies
Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as a primary point of contact, building strong client relationships
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
6–10+ years of relevant experience (public accounting strongly preferred for Tax Manager)
CPA license strongly preferred

This position requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-level advisory services. Senior Managers serve as trusted advisors to key clients and play an integral role in shaping firm operations, client experience, and long-term success. Key responsibilities (depending on Team) include:
Tax Services:
Oversee complex tax compliance and planning for individuals and business entities
Review and sign off on tax returns
Provide strategic tax planning and structuring advice to clients
Lead resolution of complex tax issues, including audits and notices
Serve as a technical expert and resource across the firm
Drive tax strategy, process improvements, and best practices
Client Services:
Oversee outsourced accounting and advisory services for multiple clients
Provide high-level financial insights, KPIs, and strategic guidance to business owners
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy discussions
Drive engagement profitability, budgeting, and resource allocation
Support clients through growth milestones, transactions, and decision-making
Act as a “CFO-level” advisor for select clients
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
8–12+ years of relevant experience
CPA license preferred
Deep technical expertise in accounting/advisory or tax, depending on role
Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
